Meet The Team
JOCELYN WILLIAMS
At the young age of 22 I started this business, now 16 years and one name change later I am as dedicated and passionate about helping our clients as I was back then. My career has been diverse, working in public and private hospitals, public speaking, research and journal publications whilst always consulting patients in the one-on-one setting in the private setting.
MEGAN BRILL
I am an Accredited Practising Dietitian & Nutritionist with a Master’s in Nutrition and Dietetics from the University of Canberra. As a Wagga local, I returned home after studying in Canberra to join the team.
I support clients with a range of nutrition conditions, specialising in bariatric surgery, weight management, and developing a healthy, well-balanced lifestyle.
CLAIRE MATTHEWS
As a passionate accredited practising dietitian, I am thrilled to return to my home state of NSW and continue my career in Wagga. Having begun my professional journey in Adelaide, I bring with me a wealth of experience and a deep commitment to helping clients and patients improve their health and wellbeing.
Emily Fussell
In 2022, I packed up my little red Hyundai, bid farewell to the sunny Gold Coast, and ventured to Wagga Wagga to pursue my passion for rural and regional healthcare.
Joining Jocelyn and the Nutrition to Nourish team has been incredibly enriching, allowing me to channel my enthusiasm for health and well-being into empowering our clients.

FAQs
Does Medicare cover the cost of seeing a dietitian?
You may be eligible for a Medicare rebate for your dietary consultation. In order to receive a Medicare rebate, you must obtain a care plan from your GP. There are two types of care plans that enable you to access the rebates for seeing a dietitian:
- Eating Disorder Care Plan
- Chronic Disease Management Plan
Medicare does not cover the full cost of the session. You will need to pay the full fee of the consult and then the Medicare rebate will be processed after your appointment into your bank account registered with Medicare.
Does my Private Health cover the cost of seeing a dietitian?
This depends on your provider and the level of cover that you have. You can contact your Private health provider and ask them if you are covered for Dietetics. The item numbers for sessions are 500 (initial consult) and 600 (for review consults). You cannot claim private health rebates for a session that you receive a medicare rebate for.
Do you need a referral to see a dietitian in Australia?
No, you do not need a referral to see a dietitian. However, a lot of our clients do come to see us on recommendation from their GP, Psychologist, Psychiatrist, physio, or another member of their care team. With your permission, we will liaise with your treatment team to ensure you receive optimal care.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we require 48 hours notice. Fees apply for cancellations made within the 48 hours prior to your appointment.
The cancellation fees are:
0-24 hours notice: Full fee
24-48 hours notice: 50% of fee
48 hours+: No fee
