Our Team

Jocelyn Williams – Director
At the young age of 22 I started this business, now 16 years and one name change later I am as dedicated and passionate about helping our clients as I was back then. My career has been diverse, working in public and private hospitals, public speaking, research and journal publications whilst always consulting patients in the one on one setting.
Throughout the duration of this I have been lucky to work as the senior dietitian in the Riverina Bariatrics team and support those having bariatric surgery. Being part of this team and working with my friendly, fun, and dedicated dietitians fills my cup every day and I can never imagine myself doing anything else.
With 16 years of clinical experience and being the mother to 3 children, I have lived in learned experiences of day-to-day challenges so many of us often face. In more recent years I have completed certificate in paediatric nutrition and I love working with children that have extra challenges of neurodiversity or disabilities, with their families to meet their goals and help them thrive.
I am passionate about helping people foster positive relationships between food, mind and body. We don’t only eat for enjoyment but it’s for convenience, to be social and for so many other reasons too. I have a strong interest in chronic dieting and women’s nutrition such as fertility, PCOS, and IBS.
I’ve always loved being outdoors, particularly with friends, family and food, with joyful movement being at the centre of this. I love what I do and am excited to work alongside you to help you achieve your goals.

In 2022, I packed up my little red Hyundai, bid farewell to the sunny Gold Coast, and ventured to Wagga Wagga to pursue my passion for rural and regional healthcare.
Joining Jocelyn and the Nutrition to Nourish team has been incredibly enriching, allowing me to channel my enthusiasm for health and well-being into empowering our clients.
I am deeply committed to nutrition education, deriving immense joy from equipping clients with the knowledge to embrace sustainable lifestyle changes and foster healthy relationships with food.
My areas of expertise include bariatric (weight loss) surgery, general healthy eating, disordered eating, and IBS management. I leverage motivational interviewing, counselling techniques, and mindful eating practices to support clients in achieving their goals.
Recognised for my approachable demeanour and collaborative spirit, I strive to cultivate a supportive environment where clients feel heard and comfortable expressing their needs and co-creating personalised nutritional strategies.
Emily is accepting new clients via Tele-health.
Megan Brill
I am an Accredited Practising Dietitian & Nutritionist with a Master’s in Nutrition and Dietetics from the University of Canberra. As a Wagga local, I returned home after studying in Canberra to join the team.
I support clients with a range of nutrition conditions, specialising in bariatric surgery, weight management, and developing a healthy, well-balanced lifestyle. My work spans across both private practice and Calvary Riverina Private Hospital, where I provide dietetic services to individuals from diverse backgrounds.
I believe that developing a positive relationship with food requires awareness rather than restriction. My nutrition philosophy focuses on balance, variety, and consistency instead of perfection. This approach allows me to collaborate closely with my clients, offering tailored, easy-to-understand nutrition advice that helps them cultivate good habits and make sustainable, lifelong changes.
When I’m not working, I enjoy staying active and exploring all things food-related, from cooking delicious new recipes to discovering fantastic new products at the supermarket.

As a passionate accredited practising dietitian, I am thrilled to return to my home state of NSW and continue my career in Wagga. Having begun my professional journey in Adelaide, I bring with me a wealth of experience and a deep commitment to helping clients and patients improve their health and wellbeing.
I enjoy working with individuals to enhance their relationship with food, understand their body’s needs, and learn how to best fuel it. My work also extends to both bariatrics and acute care at Calvary, allowing me to support a diverse range of clients. I thrive on the variety these fields offer and am dedicated to providing personalised care to each individual I work with.
Outside of my professional life, I am a devoted fitness enthusiast who believes in the power of exercise and movement as integral components of a healthy lifestyle. I also enjoy preparing fun and nourishing meals. Sharing my love for fitness and nutrition with others is a true joy, and I am excited to inspire, support, and motivate my clients on their own health journeys.
